When I first worked on “I Hate YoungBoy” at 16, I never imagined how far it would take me. What started as my first big placement grew into something even bigger later on. The record ended up being part of NBA YoungBoy’s album The Last Slimeto — a project that went on to make history and became my first platinum album.

Even beyond the album, the single itself went platinum on its own, marking my first RIAA-certified platinum single. To see a record I was a part of reach that level was unbelievable.

I’m really grateful to work as part of YoungBoy’s team and producers, and to be alongside Jason “Cheese” Goldberg, YoungBoy’s engineer, who helped me by presenting these opportunities and guiding me into these moments.

I want to stay humble and grounded, and keep reminding myself that this is just the beginning. I’m not chasing moments — I’m focused on continuing to put in the work, learning, and building a catalog that lasts.

This experience showed me what’s possible, and it motivates me to keep evolving. I’ll always be thankful to be part of something so impactful, and even more excited for what’s next.
